Covering the bases All kids need to eat a variety of healthy foods, and athletes are no different. Everybody needs foods that include:

  3. Vitamins: Found in fruits, vegetables for instance.
  4. Minerals: Like calcium found in dairy products.

  3. Hydration
  4. Recuperation
  5. Have a perspective
  6. When we said"Eat Healthy" I mean eat as much you can organic and indicted food. Food that it doesn't have a lot of process in the factories.
