On average, you should do at least 150 minutes of exercise each week. You should aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. If you do not play any sports, this half of an hour of exercise could be completed while going for a run, walk, or even bringing your pet for a walk.

If there are any sports teams in your local area, it would help to get involved. In training, the only way to get fitter, faster and strongeris to push yourself past your physical abilities. For you to succeed at this, for you to make sure you keep pushing yourself past these abilities, you have to be mentally strong. As if you are tired, people who are not determined, will just pull outas soon as they feel tired, this is not going to help them in any way, as they will not get any fitter. But someone who IS mentally strong, would keep pushing themselves beyond there own physical abilities, which would raise their confidence while making themselves much fitter

Its not all about running and exercise, probably the most important, is the nutritional side. To become fitter, you have to eat healthy food, as well as your half an hour exercise each day.

If you feel you can not complete a half an hour of exercise each day, thyere are may other ways to do so. The main one is getting involved iin yoga classes, yoga is a great way to link body and mind.
