How To Deal With Anger!

In modern day society, anger is looked at as a bad thing, but it is ok to be angry, it is a natural feeling that everyone gets everyday.

The main way to relieve anger, is to do something you love to do, another way which is said to relieve anger is to exersice. Personally, when I am angry, I just get my football, football boots and earphones and I go to the local sports field and just kick the ball around. I go alone as I would rather be by myself rather than other people as I might take my anger out on them.Once I am there, I just forget about everything for the duration of the time I am there.
